Small Business Support
Our OnDemand Support (ODS) is also available for companies with minimal technology support requirements. We realize that many small businesses only require technology support or consultation on an occasional basis and don't need even our basic Managed Services Agreement (MSA). OpenSpark ODS is the perfect fit (both for your needs and your budget) in these cases. You will still experience some of the same benefits that come with an MSA (like access to our knowledge base), but there is no contract-term and you pay for services only as you need them.
