Initial On-site Consultation
Our initial on-site consultation consists of an OpenSpark consultant visiting your office (either physically or virtually) and auditing your existing technology infrastructure, including:
- Inventorying your entire technology infrastructure
- Scanning for security faults that could be placing your data or equipment at risk
- Analyzing virus and spyware protection
- Testing network security, including firewall audits
- Reviewing disaster recovery plans
Network Monitoring and Support
With a Small Business Basic MSA, your network is monitored by OpenSpark around the clock. We install the necessary remote support technology on your equipment so that we can remotely access virtually all areas of your network and prevent most issues before they impact your business, as well as fix most problems in minutes without the need for an office visit.
OpenSpark will analyze your current configurations and make the appropriate adjustments to maximize the return on your technology investment, and the useful life of your equipment.
Other services that may be added to the Small Business Basic MSA as needed may include on-site visits, business productivity tools, defined monthly remote support sessions, access to support ticketing system and OpenSpark knowledge base, data back-up. monthly reporting, or custom services developed for your business.
For businesses whose need exceeds the services typically included in the small business basic MSA, we will create an MSA that is specific to your business and desired requirements.
